Today's house is very different from a traditional or pre-industrial one. Numerous factors have been involved in home changes, but none of them has affected the home and domestic space as much as with the emergence of modern technologies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of linking and companionship of Iranian homes and media outlets and their mutual effects. Regardless of the content of the media, which is often considered, focusing on the material culture of media outlets, especially television, the paper pays attention to the process of domestication of media technologies and the mediatization of the home in Iran. The findings show that media outlets faced internal and external resistance when entering Iranian homes and in its process of domestication. The common denominator of resistance, despite their different origins, is being ideological. The findings also show that a process of the mediatization of homes in Iran is recognizable, which began with the arrival of radio and, consequently, electricity in Iranian homes. A process that is gradually moving towards increasing home smarting. By moving in this direction, the house itself becomes a medium, the one that is moving towards a "connected home" by connecting it with other homes, neighborhoods and smart cities.

The use of virtual networks, the globalization of mediated cultures, and the emergence of the cultural public sphere all have led to attention being focused on cultural citizenship theories in describing citizenship participation of cyberspace users. In this paper, using the method of ethnographic content analysis, an attempt was made to evaluate the nature of citizenship practices of young Instagram users and the extent to which these engagement are consistent with their national citizenship. According to the findings, 69% of the content shared on the mainstream public pages, humor and entertainment pages encompassed "individualistic" themes, often in line with the users' individual interests and concerns and their tendency for happiness and fun. Moreover, these themes have complied with the cultures existing in the global public sphere rather than conforming to national citizenship. Yet, the more frequency of individualistic themes as compared to collectivist themes did not mean their complete disregard for national-scale actions, with 21% of the themes on these pages being formal and community-centered citizenship. Users have returned to their national-level belongings, responsibilities and issues through them. In the Concluding Section, the necessity of redefining the concept of citizenship based on the requirements of the cyberspace, the impossibility of adopting absolute positive or negative approaches to the consequences of virtual citizenship on national citizenship, the necessity of simultaneous attention to opportunities and threats this space poses, and the need to expand education pertinent to "cultural citizenship" were all emphasized.

Today, one of the most influential and popular media production in the world in terms of the impact on education and training of children and adolescents, is animation movies especially those that are made in Hollywood. Since these 3D Animation movies have been created, these kind of products have been changed considerably and concepts of them have promoted significantly. Due to this, in this research, using qualitative content analysis, the content of these types of animations have been studied. In this study, six animation movies "Ice Age", "Kung Fu Panda", "Frozen", "Brave", "Ratatouille" and "Everyone’s Hero," are analyzed and in the end Codes and then themes of each of them are extracted. Finally, themes categorized into concepts that result in extracted 26 concepts which training effects of these concepts have been studied in three levels. Some of more important of main concepts in findings are relativity of values, desacralizing, emphasizing on the importance of family, the necessity of believing in something that needs to be done, and so on. Eventually impacts of different levels’ concepts have been studied and compared from positive and negative impacts and then theoretical and practical aspects.
