These processes are parts of the whole intellectual capital in any organization. Intellectual capital is the hidden and intangible property which is oriented toward organizational goals. In the present study, I attempt to reflect on the affects internet has on some particular dimensions of intellectual capital, namely the human and the communicational, in Iran’s universities. According to the theoretical basis, it is shown that internet usage is an important factor in developing organizational intellectual capital (here, in the universities). Results show that human and communicational capitals are differently distributed in various universities. On the other hand, internet accessibility and consumption (type and quantity), as the independent variables of the study, have meaningful affects on human and communicational capitals in all universities. Furthermore, it is noteworthy to say that there are some other factors, as the ranking of the university, department, educational level (for students), and degree (for faculty members), and gender, which intervene in the process. Results show that internet usage, besides other factors as age, gender, marital status, could guide in explanation of the human and communicational capitals’ changes in the universities.}, keywords = {Communicational capital,human capital,intellectual capital,Internet,University}, title_fa = {تأثیر اینترنت بر افزایش سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان مقطع ارشد و دکتری در دانشگاه‌های برگزیده}, abstract_fa = {اینترنت و تکنولوژی‌های جدید ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی، همۀ فرآیندهای مورد نیاز برای اتّخاذ، تدوین و انتقال دانش به‌ویژه در سازمان‌های علمی- آموزشی و پژوهشی را متأثّر ساخته است. مجموع فرآیندهای سازمانی مورد نظر، بخشی از سرمایۀ فکری در هر سازمان است. سرمایۀ فکری، به‏طور خلاصه، دارایی‌های نامرئی و غیرملموس سازمان است که برای رسیدن به اهداف سازمانی به‌کار گرفته می‌شود. در مقاله حاضر (که برگرفته از نتایج یک پیمایش، با حجم نمونۀ 1200 نفر است) به بررسی اثر تکنولوژی اینترنت بر ابعادی از سرمایۀ فکری (سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی) در دانشگاه‌های ایران پرداخته‌ایم. مبتنی بر اصول نظری مطرح در این تحقیق، بهره‌مندی از اینترنت (در قالب دسترسی و مصرف آن) می‌تواند عاملی اساسی در رشد سرمایۀ فکری یک سازمان (در اینجا دانشگاه) باشد. نتایج حاصل از پیمایش نشان می‌دهد که دانشگاه‌های مختلف به‌لحاظ سطح سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی، وضعیّت متفاوتی نسبت به یکدیگر دارند. از سوی دیگر، سطح دسترسی به اینترنت و نیز مصرف اینترنت (نوع مصرف و حجم مصرف)، به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین متغیرهای مستقل تحقیق، بر سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی در کل جامعه آماری اثرات معنادار (مثبت و مستقیم) دارد. به‌علاوه نتایج نشان می‌دهد که عوامل دیگری در فرآیند اثرگذاری دسترسی به اینترنت بر ابعاد فردی سرمایۀ فکری دخالت دارند. از جمله این عوامل، متغیرهای دانشگاه، گروه آموزشی مرجّع، مقطع تحصیلی (دانشجویان) یا رتبۀ علمی (اعضای هیئت علمی) و جنسیت آنها است. در نهایت اینکه متغیر بهره‌مندی از اینترنت (به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین متغیر مستقل تحقیق) در کنار متغیرهای سن، جنسیت و وضعیت تأهل، قابلیت تبیین بخشی از تغییرات سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی جامعۀ آماری مورد مطالعه را دارد.}, keywords_fa = {ICTs,اینترنت,دانشگاه,سرمایۀ فکری,سرمایۀ انسانی,سرمایۀ ارتباطی}, url = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_27.html}, eprint = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_27_a0de477c4f58c8ab302d752a789c3508.pdf} }
