The world is now experiencing some new changes that are affecting conceptual equations in social sciences, two of which are of our concern here: 1- the concept of social capital that has opened its way into epistemological basis of social sciences, and; 2- the world has welcomed the birth and development of social networks in our daily life, affecting many aspects of social actions. There is Facebook from among a handful of social networks that has reached the threshold of international networking capacity with roughly one billion users. We will use Robert Putnam's theory of social capital alongside Frank's methodological innovation regarding measuring tools of social capital in order to create a marriage between these two as well as to address a yet more problematizing issue, i.e., how to measure social capital of the Facebook users. Accordingly the paper will focus on Facebook as the field of research and will introduce triangulation approach that we used in order to come up with the set of indicators. Participatory observation and online survey were used as constructing elements of triangulation approach so to generate the necessary data for the above purpose. At first, we used participatory observation through which 14 targeted samples were selected and whatever they had in their profile in Facebook were collected and analyzed. This analysis helped us to construct our questionnaire which was launched through Google docs. In the end, some 218 respondent returned their completed questionnaires. The final stage of analysis consisted of finding out how we can use the results to offer a new tool for measuring social capital of Facebook users. The research findings indicated that there are 10 indicators which should be put together if social capital is to be properly measured.}, keywords = {social capital,virtual social networks,Facebook,triangulation}, title_fa = {سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی کاربران ایرانی شبکه اجتماعی فیس بوک}, abstract_fa = {این مقاله قصد دارد الگویی را برای سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی در سایت های شبکه اجتماعی معرفی کند. دو پدیده در دو دهه اخیر شانه به شانه در معادلات مفهومی علوم اجتماعی تغییرات تازه ای را بهوجود آورده اند: 1- مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی جایگاه خود را در علوم اجتماعی و دیگر شاخه های علوم انسانی باز کرده است، 2- شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی از اوایل دهه 2000 میلادی (1379 خورشیدی) فضای جدیدی را برای کنش های اجتماعی مجازی ایجاد کرده اند. در عین حال، در میان شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی، سایت فیسبوک نه تنها به پرباز دیدترین سایت دنیا تبدیل شده است، بلکه با تعداد کاربرانی نزدیک به یک میلیارد نفر در سال 1392 خورشیدی، از موقعیت متمایزی نیز برخوردار شده است. ما در این مقاله از نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی رابرت پوتنام و رویکرد روش شناختی فرانک برای ساختن ابزار سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی استفاده کرده و سایت فیسبوک را نیز به عنوان میدان تحقیق برای اجرای این طرح در نظر گرفته ایم. ضمنا با استفاده از فن مثلث بندی و روش های مشاهده مشارکتی و پیمایشی آنلاین سعی کردیم تا داده های لازم را برای آزمون ادعاهای مقاله جمع آوری کنیم. در ابتدا با استفاده از مشاهده مشارکتی، 14 کاربر انتخاب شدند و اقداماتشان در فیسبوک مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. سپس پرسش نامه آنلاین طراحی شد که بر اساس نتایج مشاهده مشارکتی تدوین شده بود. این پرسش نامه ازسوی 218 پاسخگو تکمیل و باز گردانده شد و بر آن اساس تحلیل ها را آغاز کردیم. تحلیل داده ها و یافته های تحقیق را در نهایت به کار بردیم تا در سایت فیسبوک، 10 شاخص سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی بسازیم.}, keywords_fa = {سرمایه اجتماعی,شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی,فیسبوک,مثلث بندی}, url = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_284.html}, eprint = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_284_e16a412653b06f4a8a303bfbd224ce29.pdf} }
