Transitions that women with different gender roles experience within the society, which in turn leads to changes in their mental meanings and social roles. Changes in women’s motivations and desires which leads them to reflect on their identity and social and individual transitions in order to achieve their goals and look for new directions in line with their identity ideals. This article examines the function and motivational experience of women from their own perspective and individual mentality logic based on a grounded theory. Through conducting interviews with women who concurrently play the role of mother, wife, employee and student, the study presents an identity typology of women with an emphasis on their motivational processes for entering higher education. The results show that factors like experiencing modernity and changes in valuation systems surrounding women, women’s entrance into labor market, expansion of educational platforms and symbolic social capitals together with social and individual motivations in women’s everyday life has led to a new kind of motivation within them and through such process and in order to reduce tensions coming from their lack of achievements, women have chosen the employment and study strategy in order to reach their goals and in this study the emphasis is on the study strategy. The current analysis has reached four abstract categories in terms of the emerging motivations of women under study. It includes: 1. choosing study as a tool to compete and combat, 2. study as an ambiguous plan, 3. study and employment as self-achievements and 4. study and employment as a path toward improvement and financial independence. }, keywords = {Female Social Identity,Motivation Process,Education,Employment,Grounded Theory}, title_fa = {انگیزش های نویافتة تحولات هویتی زنان در آموزش عالی}, abstract_fa = {همزمان با تحولات مدرن و تجربۀ تجدد، شاهد دگرگونی‎های متعددی در اشکال زندگی روزمره هستیم؛ تحولاتی که زنان نیز به‌عنوان عاملانی با نقش‎های جنسیتی متفاوت در جامعه تجربه خواهند کرد و به دگرگونی معناهای ذهنی و به تبع آن دگرگونی در نقش‌های اجتماعی آنها می‎انجامد. تغییراتی در انگیزه و تمایلات زنان که به‎منظور تحقق خود و انتخاب مسیرهای جدید در راستای آرمان‌های هویتی، آنها را به سمت بازاندیشی در هویت و تغییرات فردی و اجتماعی هدایت خواهد کرد. این مقاله با روش نظریۀ زمینه‌ای به بررسی عملکرد و تجربۀ انگیزشی زنان از منظر خودشان و با منطق ذهنیت کنشگر فردی پرداخته و از طریق مصاحبه با زنانی که همزمان نقش همسر، مادر، شاغل و دانشجو را دارند، به ارائۀ یک تیپولوژی هویتی از زنان مورد مطالعه با تأکید بر فرایند انگیزشی آنها برای ورود به آموزش عالی می‎پردازد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان می‌دهد شرایطی همچون تجربۀ تجدد و تغییرات نظام ارزشی حول محور زنان، ورود زنان به بازار کار، گسترش فضاهای آموزشی و سرمایه‎های اجتماعی نمادین در ملازمت با انگیزه‎های فردی و اجتماعی در زندگی روزمرۀ زنان منجر به ظهور انگیزشی نو در آنها شده و زنان طی این فرایند برای کاهش تنش‌های حاصل از عدم تحقق انگیزه‌ها و نیازهایشان، استراتژی تحصیل و اشتغال را به‎عنوان راهبردهای تحقق اهداف خود برگزیده‎اند که در این مقاله، بر راهبرد تحصیل تأکید شده است. در پایان، تحلیل حاضر به چهار دستهبندی انتزاعی از انگیزش‌های نویافتة زنان مورد مطالعه رسیده که شامل 1) انتخاب تحصیل به‌مثابه ابزار مبارزه و رقابت، 2) تحصیل به‌عنوان طرحی مبهم، 3) تحصیل و اشتغال به‌منظورتحقق خود و ۴) تحصیل و اشتغال به‌عنوان مسیری برای ارتقا، آینده‌نگری و استقلال مالی است.}, keywords_fa = {هویت اجتماعی زنان,فرایند انگیزش,تحصیلات,اشتغال و نظریة زمینه‌ای}, url = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_309.html}, eprint = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_309_982c7c216222daf110d67a8a58eeeef1.pdf} }
