Since this has not been taken into account in Iran's educational system, the present article critically examines the issue of imperfect construction of an open education system in Iran. To analyze the issue historically, a genealogical method propounded by Foucault has been applied. Genealogy explains the evolution of historical moments in their internal power relations, as Foucault says: it is a discourse which intertwines power and knowledge. The "genealogical analysis" refers to an epistemological strategy formed in various domains of history, political and social sciences. To explain the aforementioned problem, we need to focus on both traditional and modern education discourses in the discursive space of open education. In response to the main question of the article i.e., what could have caused the imperfectness of open education in contemporary Iran? The findings indicate that "neglect to scientific software and discursive aspects", which followed the dominance of instrumental scientific view; "immature understanding of open education" which reduced it to complementary education and "bureaucratic relations" which are in conflict with the democratic character of post-modern education, have all led to the "imperfectness of open education" which has deepened the challenge of the alienation of "science" from culture and society.}, keywords = {problem,open and close eeducation,Genealogy,Discourse,Culture}, title_fa = {تبارشناسی ساخت ناتمام آموزش باز در ایران}, abstract_fa = {آموزش باز در پرتو رشد فناوری، با تغییر در «فرهنگ آموزش» و تأکید بر اصل «یادگیرنده‌محوری»، نظام آموزشی را دگرگون کرده است. ازآنجا‌که در نظام آموزشی ایران، به این موضوع بی‌توجهی‌شده، مقالۀ حاضر، به‌منظور آشکارسازی این «نیمگی»، مسئلۀ ساخت ناتمام آموزش باز در ایران را از دیدگاه انتقادی بررسی کرده و برای این واکاوی تاریخی‌ ‌ـ‌که دورۀ معاصر ایران را دربر می‌گیرد‌ـ از شیوۀ تبارشناسی منسوب به فوکو، استفاده شده است. تبارشناسی، تبیین تحولاتِ برهه‌ای تاریخ است در نسبتِ درونی آن‌ها با قدرت. به‌تعبیر فوکو، در گفتمان است که قدرت و دانش به یکدیگر پیوند می‌خورند. و منظور از «تحلیل تبارشناسانه»، راهبرد معرفت‌شناختی‌ای است که در حوزه‌های گوناگون تاریخ، علوم سیاسی، و علوم اجتماعی شکل گرفته است؛ بنابراین، برای توصیف و تبیینِ مسئلۀ مقاله، ناگزیر از بررسی کردارهای گفتمانی سنتی و مدرنِ آموزشی در نسبتِ با فضای گفتمانی آموزش باز هستیم. در پاسخ به این پرسش مقاله که «ساخت ناتمام آموزش باز در ایران معاصر، محصول چه شرایطی است‌؟» یافته‌های مقاله، حکایت از این دارد که «نادیده‌انگاری وجوه نرم‌افزاری و گفتمانی علم که به سیطرۀ نگاه ابزاری به آن انجامیده است، فهم نارس از آموزش باز که آن را به آموزش مکمل فروکاسته است، و روابط بوروکراتیک، که با ویژگی دموکراتیک این آموزش فرامدرن در تعارض است، سبب ناتمامی آموزش باز شده و تعمیق چالش بیگانگیِ علم از فرهنگ و جامعه را درپی داشته است».}, keywords_fa = {problem,open and close eeducation,Genealogy,Discourse,Culture}, url = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_472.html}, eprint = {http://www.jicr.ir/article_472_bfd62e284db0f65eb7fb03346de23ca6.pdf} }
