دوجهانیشدنها و ارتباطات بینتمدنی: تحلیل روشمند ارتباط فرهنگی در جهان
فرایند جهانیشدن یا جهانیسازیهای ایدئولوژیک جدید که معلول ظهور «صنعت ارتباطات جهانی » است، منشأ سرعت بخشیدن به «فراملیشدن » فرهنگها و تمدنها شده است. در واقع جهانیشدن، منشأ ظهور دو گفتگوی جهانی متضاد یعنی «گفتگوی جهانی ارادی» و «گفتگوی جهانی غیرارادی» همزمان در جامعه بشری شده است. پیش از ظهور صنعت ارتباطات جهانی یا به تعبیر مکتب فرانکفورد «صنعت جهانی فرهنگ » اعضای تمدنهای جهان امکان دسترسی همزمان و تنفس فرهنگی در فضای واحد را نداشتند، به عبارتی «فضاهای تمدنی»، متفاوت و دورافتاده از یکدیگر بودند و در عین حال بر همدیگر اثر میگذاشتند و از یکدیگر تأثیر میگرفتند اما این فرایند طی یک روند طولانی تاریخی صورت میگرفت. با ورود به عصر ارتباطات و «یکی شدن فضای ارتباطی »، فصل جدید و گریزناپذیری در مواجهه تمدنها با یگدیگر تحقق پیدا کرده که نیازمند بازنگری جدی در فرایند گفتگوی تمدنهاست و لزوماً تحلیلهای برخاسته از دوره مدرنیته پاسخگوی تحلیلها و گفتگوهای دوره جدید نیست. با سرعت گرفتن صنعت حملونقل و ظهور جهانی مجازی، جهان هم در فضای فیزیکی و هم در فضای مجازی کوچک شد و در این دو جهان کوچکشده فیزیکی و مجازی، گفتگوی بینفرهنگی و بینتمدنی، بازتعریف معنایی متفاوتی پیدا میکند. در این مقاله تلاش میشود ابتدا تحلیل دقیقی از مفهوم تعمیمیافته گفتگو که متکی بر تفسیر هرمنوتیک «متن» میباشد، ارائه شود و سپس تعامل «متن» گفتگوی بینتمدنی را در ارتباط با «زمینه»های فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی ناظر بر جهان مورد بحث قرار گیرد. با تحلیل ارتباط بین «متن » و «زمینه » است که به تأثیر فرایند جهانیشدن بر فرایند گفتگو منتقل خواهیم شد. با چنین تفسیری، چهار نگاه کلان تاریخی را به تمدنها میتوان ارائه نمود که نقطه پایانی این مقاله خواهد بود. این چهار نگاه بر منطق ریاضی نگاه به آغاز و استمرار روند تمدنها تکیه زده است که عبارتند از: نگاه اروپامحوری نسبی ، اروپامحوری مطلق، امریکامحوری ، و نگاه چندمحوری به تمدنها. در جمعبندی، نگاه جدیدی که منتزع از فضای عمومی جهان به تمدنها یعنی نگاه جهانگرایی به تمدنهاست، مورد بحث و مداقه قرار خواهد گرفت.

نقش فرهنگ در اقتدار ملی از دیدگاه امام علی علیهالسلام
هدف این مقاله مطالعه تعامل فرهنگ با سایر مؤلفههای قدرت ملی است. در واقع این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این سئوال است که فرهنگ در تعامل با سایر مؤلفههای سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و اجتماعی قدرت ملی از دیدگاه امیرالمؤمنین علیهالسلام در چه جایگاهی قرار گرفته و چه تعامل منطقی با سایر مؤلفهها دارد؟ با تکیه بر روش تحلیل محتوای خطبهها، نامهها و کلمات قصار باقیمانده از امیرالمؤمنین علیهالسلام, چنین به نظر میرسد که حضرت در مدت زمامداری (الگوی حکومت جمهوری اسلامی ایران) به مؤلفه فرهنگ اولویت بیشتری میدادند و اولویتدهی ایشان به معنای توسعه و تعمیق مبانی نظری و ارزشی در مؤلفههای دیگر قدرت و اقتدار ملی بود؛ بهطوریکه رفتارهای سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و نظامی امیرالمؤمنین در دوره زمامداری بر پایه عناصر خدامحوری، واقعبینی، حقمداری، کمالجویی و انسانمحوری شکل، هویت و جهت میگرفت.

در سالهای اخیر مطالعۀ «دیگری» و «نمایش دیگری» به صورت مستقل در سنت مطالعات فرهنگی بهخصوص نزد محققانِ «مرکز مطالعات فرهنگی بیرمنگام» همچون استوارت هال اهمیت یافته و از آن به عنوان دریچهای برای شناخت خود، جامعه و فرهنگ خودی استفاده میشود. شرقشناسی ادوارد سعید و غرب و بقیه استوارت هال دو نمونۀ درخشان چنین مطالعهای را نشان میدهند. صنایع فرهنگی و ارتباطات انسانی از مهمترین مسائل ﻣﺆثر در شکلگیری نگاه به غرب در ایران بودهاند. به این ترتیب شاید بتوان نخستین نسل از ایرانیانی را که به غرب سفر کردند، نخستین نسل از نمایشدهندگان دیگری در ایران دانست. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، بررسی نمایش غرب در سفرنامههای ایرانیانی است که در دوره مشروطه از اروپا دیدن کردهاند. در این راستا، سفرنامههای رضا قلی میرزا، حاج سیاح، عمادالسلطنه و میرزا صالح شیرازی، به عنوان نمونههای این تحقیق مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاند. سؤال اصلی تحقیق بدین قرار است که «غرب چگونه در این سفرنامهها به تصویر کشیده شده است»؟ پیشفرض اصلی نوشتار حاضر این است که غرب، پیش از هر چیز، یک برساختۀ فرهنگی ـ تاریخی است. به منظور تبیین نظری مفاهیم «دگرسانی» و «تفاوت» نظریاتی همچون واسازی دریدا، نظریۀ متن بارت، بینامتنیت کریستوا، روانکاوی لکان، زبانشناسی سوسور و باختین، گفتمان فوکو، لاکلو و موفه، و بازنمایی هال، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. متون این سفرنامهها به روش بازنمایی ـ گفتمان تحلیل شدهاند. سازوکارهای کلیشهسازی شامل دونیمسازی، طبیعیسازی، فتیشسازی، انکار و تقلیل تفاوت، از جمله سازوکارهایی بودهاند که از طریق آنها تحلیل سفرنامهها مورد ارزیابی نهایی قرار گرفته است.

ریختنگاری آیینهای نمایشی بومی مردم کمیجان
با نگرشی ویژه بر کهنالگوی بلاگردانی
مقاله حاضر میکوشد بخشی از یافتههای یک پیمایش انجامشده را که برگرفته از مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی نگارنده در دو شهر و 67 روستای منطقه کمیجان استان مرکزی ایران طی پنج سال است، از مناظری تازه مانند ریختنگاری آیینی، خاستگاهشناسی نمایشی و بلاگردانی شرقی با رویکرد انسانشناسی آیین، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار دهد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پیمایش و مصاحبه با 119 نفر از سالمندترین افراد ساکن و آگاه محلی انجام شده و با تکیه بر سابقه زیست انسان در منطقه که از هزاره سوم قبل از میلاد مسیح تاکنون نشانهشناسی شده، به گردآوری، ثبت و ریختنگاری چهل و هشت آیین نمایشی مردمی پرداخته است. در نهایت، از میان یافتههای تحقیق به بررسی یکی از کهنالگوهای آیینی نمایشی تحت عنوان «قارا ایسکیورمه» میپردازد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش تأیید میکند قارا ایسکیورمه (سیاهسرفه) یکی از یافتههای این پژوهش در زمینه بلاگردانی است و بیانگر هوش سرشار، اندیشه بکر و قریحه هنرمندانه مردم روستاههای کمیجان ایران اعم از آذریها، فارسها و تاتها است.

تأثیر مؤلفههای هویت ایرانی بر قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران
قدرت نرم، محصول و برآیند تصویرسازیِ مثبت و کسب اعتبار نزد افکار عمومی جهان است که با بهکارگیری ابزارهایی چون فرهنگ، پیشینه درخشان، آرمان یا ارزشهای انسانی به صورت غیرمستقیم بر منافع یا رفتار دیگر کشورها اثر میگذارد. بنابراین، قدرت نرم پدیدهای اجتماعی و مرتبط با مؤلفههای محیطی است که به نسبت سایر ابزارهای سیاست خارجی، بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از مؤلفههای هویت ملی دارد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی چگونگی و میزان تأثیر مبانی و اجزای هویت ایرانی بر کارکرد قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران و تعیین مؤثرترین آنهاست. در این راستا، نوشتار حاضر با بهرهگیری از رهیافت «سازهگرایی» برای درک رابطه میان هویت ایرانی و قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، روشی توصیفی داشته و مبتنی بر استدلال و تحلیل است. چنانچه یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد، در میان مؤلفههای هویت ملی، هویت جدید ایرانی که بر اساس شاخصها و معیارهای حقوقی و انسانی و در عین حال اسلامی در قالب الگوی «مردمسالاری دینی» تعریف میشود، بیشترین تأثیر را بر افزایش قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد. بنابراین، تقویت این بخش از هویت ایرانی، اثربخشیِ بیشتر قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در جهان و بهویژه در میان ملل مسلمان به دنبال خواهد داشت.

نقش آموزش در ارتقاء شاخصهای هویت ملی
این مقاله به بررسی هویت اجتماعی دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه با تأکید بر بُعد هویت ملی آنان میپردازد. در این مقاله سعی شده به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که چگونه میتوانیم میزان تعلق به هویت ملی دانشآموزان را افزایش دهیم؟ جامعه هدف دانشآموزان، دو دبیرستان از نواحی یک و دو شهر زنجان و به تعداد 700 نفر بوده که از آن تعداد، 30 نفر به منظور حضور در کارگاه انتخاب شدند. نوع پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و حل مسئله و بر اساس زمانی، طولی و پانلی بوده است. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی و با تأکید بر تکنیک PCM (مدیریت سیکل پروژه) بوده است. در بحث مبانی نظری علاوه بر دیدگاههای خرد، کلان و تلفیقی راجع به هویت، از نظریات تاجفل، گیدنز، جنکینز و پیتربورک نیز استفاده شده است. جمعآوری اطلاعات از طریق تشکیل کارگاهها و پرسشنامه حاصل شده است. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد میزان تعلق به هویت ملی کل دانشآموزان در مقایسه با قبل از اجرای طرح، 10 درصد افزایش یافته است. میزان تعلق به هویت ملی در بین دانشآموزان پسر، 15 درصد و در بین دختران 5 درصد در مقایسه با قبل از اجرای طرح افزایش یافته است. میانگین نمره هویت تکتک دانشآموزان دختر و پسر در مقایسه با قبل از اجرای طرح، تقریباً دو برابر شده است. همچنین میزان آشنایی دانشآموزان با مشاهیر و مفاخر ایرانزمین، عناصر فرهنگ ملی، آثار تاریخی و ملی ایرانزمین، موسیقی ایرانی و برخی اسطورههای ملی ـ که شاخصهای هویت ملی هستند ـ در مقایسه با قبل از اجرای طرح، دو برابر شده است.

ارزشهای فرهنگی و انصاف:
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین ارزشهای فرهنگی و انصاف با عدالت سازمانی، رضایت شغلی و ترک خدمت در بین کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان به مرحله اجرا درآمده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان ادارات نواحی آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادهاند که از بین آنها 309 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه انصاف کلی با 3 سؤال، پرسشنامه ارزشهای فرهنگی (در دو حوزه مادیگرایی و فاصله قدرت) با 8 سؤال، پرسشنامههای عدالت توزیعی، رویهای و تعاملی هریک با 3 سؤال، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی با 3 سؤال و پرسشنامه ترک خدمت با 3 سؤال بود. دادههای حاصل از پرسشنامههای پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، مدلسازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل رگرسیون واسطهای و تعدیلی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها حاکی از آن بود که انصاف کلی با عدالت توزیعی، رویهای، تعاملی، ترک خدمت، رضایت شغلی و مادیگرایی رابطه معناداری (01/0P<) دارد اما با فاصله قدرت، دارای رابطه معنادار (05/0P>) نیست. نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل رگرسیون واسطهای نشان داد انصاف کلی به طور نسبی واسطه رابطه و عدالت رویهای با ترک خدمت است، اما برای عدالت تعاملی و توزیعی چنین نقشی را ایفا نمیکند. تحلیل رگرسیون سلسلهمراتبیِ تعدیلی حاکی از آن بود که با احتمال زیاد، فاصله قدرت نقش تعدیلکننده را در رابطه بین انصاف کلی و ترک خدمت و رضایت شغلی ایفا میکند.

موانع ساختاری استقرار قانون در ایران
این مقاله با رویکردی کلاننگر ناظر بر تحلیل شرایط ساختاری ـ تاریخیِ «امکان و امتناع قانون و نظم در ایران» است. غالباً تبیینهای ارائهشده از علل تاریخی غیبت قانون و نظم اجتماعی در تاریخ و جامعه ایران، با نگاهی غایتشناختی، به دنبال شرح موانع «کنونیِ» غیبت قانون در جامعه ایران هستند. در این انگاره، «تاریخ ایران» در خدمت فهم شرایط کنونی جامعه ایران و به شکل وارونه مفهومیابی میشود. شناخت ناشی از این «تبیینهای تاریخی»، به جای آنکه در راستای تفسیر ساختارهای حاکم بر جامعه ایران در گذر تاریخ باشد، دغدغه فهم «ایران معاصر» را دارند. به علاوه، تحلیلهای مذکور علتهای غیبت قانون و نظم مبتنی بر آن را با روشی مقایسهای و با رویکردی بنیادگرا (با تأکید بر بنیان اقتصادی یا سیاسی) تبیین میکنند. مقاله حاضر مدعی است کاربست تئوری عام تغییر اجتماعی (چه نوع مارکسیستی و چه نوع وبری آن)، که با محوریت تاریخ غربِِ میانه تولید شده است، توان تحلیل غیبت تاریخی قانون و موانع استقرار آن در تاریخ ایران را ندارد و میان عناصر تشکیلدهنده تبیینهای مذکور و واقعیتِ «عدم استقرار قانون در تاریخ ایران» ارتباطی وجود ندارد. در مقابل، این مقاله سعی دارد با الگویی ساختارگرایانه غیبت تاریخی قانون در جامعه ایران را با محوریت مفهوم «مفصلبندی» در تحلیل و در ساختارهای اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی جامعه ایران (و نه غرب میانه) جستجو کند. مقاله حاضر مدعی است علت بنیادین «عدم استقرار قانون در تاریخ ایران» نوع مدیریت سیاسی، نظامی و اقتصادیِ محدوده سرزمینی ایران است.
