چکیده
سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران بهعنوان فراگیرترین و پرمخاطبترین رسانه کشور، نقش بسزایی در پروراندن شناخت و درک مردم از گروههای قومی و تعریف روابط میانگروهی در کشور برعهده دارد. شواهد پژوهشی نشان میدهد که اقوام ایرانی، تصاویر پخششده از سیما درباره خود را چندان مطلوب نمییابند. برای فهم عمیقتر درک خود اعضای گروههای قومی، یک رشته مصاحبه نیمهمتمرکز در میان افرادی از این گروهها، که در تهران به کار یا تحصیل اشتغال دارند، صورت گرفت. همانطور که انتظار میرفت، آنها از بازنماییهایی که از ایشان در سریالها و فیلمهای تلویزیونی ارائه میشود، ناخرسندند. افراد مصاحبهشده از شبکههای سراسری انتقاد دارند و چنین میپندارند که در این شبکهها به اندازه کافی نقش ندارند و اگر هم نشان داده میشوند، اغلب چهرههای تحریفشدهای از آنان به نمایش درمیآید. آنها بر این باورند که در بسیاری از مواقع از آنان، برحسب ویژگیهای منسوب به قومشان در گفتمان عامیانه، تصویرهای قالبی نشان داده میشوند. بیشتر افراد مصاحبهشده بر این باورند که فیلمهای نشان دادهشده در تلویزیون، از اعضای گروههای قومی در چهرههای اصلی استفاده نمیکنند و معمولاً نقشهای حاشیهای را به آنها محول مینمایند. به اعتقاد مصاحبهشوندگان، گستردگی بازنماییهای مذکور از یکسو ناشی از بیاطلاعی تهیهکنندگان برنامههای تلویزیونی و یا نگرشهای پیشداورانه آنها نسبت به خردهفرهنگهای قومی است و از سوی دیگر، ریشه در برخی سیاستهای گذشته دارد که به حضور و سهم گروههای قومی در فرهنگ ملی بهای لازم را نمیدهد.
