From a sociological perspective. Hjjab is formed in the context of social relations in which the framework. women's issues with cultural. social. political. Economic and religious factors. spiritual. personality and behavior that is different from the paradigms and perspectives is worthy. The purpose of this study is social factors associated with the tendency of female students to wear veil. The statistical population of female students studying at the University make up the number in 1390 was equal to 13,000. 560 of whom have a multi-stage cluster sampling method was selected to the questionnaire with reliability 0.74 responded Results of multivariable regression analysis showed that the most Important variable influencing the direction and lends 10 veil has been the attitudes 10 feminism variable. Other variables affecting status, lifestyle and location. Analytical model explained only 33% of the factors affecting be as two conflicting tendencies. as a moderate 10 strong in university student.

Policy making and policy measures is important in the social system. occurs. Policy maker aimed to achieve cultural requirements of policy making system by interaction stale and society. After the Islamic Revolution of Iran. the strengths and weaknesses of the different levels of the system politically has been accompanied in the field of moral and sexual dignity and chastity, aside from the basic necessity of building systems - Iranian, coordination and harmony of the system was not relevant. Based on Horizon perspective of twenty years: "Iran Is developed country with the first position in Economy, science & technology in the level of area, with Islamic Identity in world and constructive interaction & influence in the International relationship ... ". In the most important document of national development of Iran, has been emphasized on strengthening of Iran- Islam culture & needs to enjoy of Information technology & good international communication as an index of national power. Specially, fast hanging of Information technology in new ages caused to deep social- cultural influence in the today informative society in addition to knowledge & technology dimension of it. Emerge of new communication & information technology has provided possibility in appearing the area divergent identity & also it lead to world divergent in the field of culture & identity. In this way, universities has special position in achievement to the aims of development view because of having different role in fields of science, technology & culture in guidance & training of the most important human capital. Regard to this, we attempt to present the conceptual framework based on analytical study and some theories about cultural identity & information society and describe the tasks of universities about it.

The issue of national identity became an important discussion in Mashrooteh era; concern about national identity in many works of writers of this era clarifies position of this historical period. Among those writers is the father of Iranians short stories, Seyyed Mohammad Ali Jamalzadeh. According to this, the purpose of present study was to examine the extent of attention to symbols of national identity in the Jamalzadeh's stories (Once Upon a Time, bitter and sweet, old and new, our story came to the end) across Various stages of his literary life. The Design of this research was descriptive and its Methodology was qualitative that doing via content analysis method. For this end, by exploring the symbols of national identity in theoretical discussions, and literature review some components of national identity were defined and the structure of content analysis was prepared and then based on this structure, the amount and type of attention to the national identity symbols is evaluated. The results of comparison among the components of national identity symbols in Jamalzadeh's stories showed the largest frequency belongs to "language" and after that, geology, history, literature; celebrities and culture are the most frequent components. Moreover, contemplation in Jamalzadeh's works revealed that he apparently has focused on the visible and materialistic structure of identity more than the epistemic structure. In general, qualitative analysis of Jamalzadeh's stories has shown that he allocates more attention to component of national identity in all of their works; his works depend on context and has an Iranian construction. Nonetheless, we can say he didn't live in Iran but, in their stories he lived with an Iranian culture and Iranian people.

The main question of the present article is, how can the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom (isar and shahadah) be promoted through elementary school curriculum? The current educational programs of schools are based on different theories, among which the developmental theories are of greater importance. According to these theories, subjective issues cannot be taught in the childhood. However, the main claim of the article is that value issues, although subjective, can be taught effectively in the elementary school years through a cultural approach. This claim is founded on the imaginative capacity of the children and the capacity of myths and stories to popularize concepts in the childhood. Therefore, attempt is made to present some evidences and methods for promoting self-sacrifice, through elementary school curriculum, based on a theoretical foundation. With regard to curriculum, self-sacrifice can be addressed from two aspects: as an achievement, and as a process. As an achievement, self-sacrifice is an event which is already actualized in the outside world, and can be expected to be actualized in the future. As a process, self-sacrifice has some preliminaries, stages and an achievement. This process is a way of life which is a combination of accessible knowledge and attainable knowledge. Such an action is called culture, with characteristics which are influenced by the school curriculum and education.

Political thought as a normative knowledge seeks a good society and the means for its realization. Accordingly, every intellectual paradigm introduces us a social and individual situation which is the best. This model, itself requires a dramatic change in the culture and flourishes it. In another words, there is a necessary relationship between the elements of political thought and the culture in every society. This relationship is twofold, so it is impossible to indicate whether which aspect is the first. So every paradigm feeds some special elements into the current culture of society, while there is it feedback. It is important that political thought goes in search of condition for cultural flourishing which is according whit the criteria of good society. This paper focuses on most important paradigm in political thought history and shows the trend in which indicates the relationships between political thought and culture. This trend looks at human beings as "citizen", then "the individual"; and in the modem era, paradigms of "critical modem", "postmodern", and "communitarian" has a key role in prospering the realm of culture.
