According most of thinkers in the modern world, the dominant discourse in the 21st century is the superiority of "soft" power to the "hard" power. The soft power, by nature, is not consisted of warfare, economic capabilities, production, resources and wealth, but it is the ability to expand Western norms into Islamic societies and raise them to the position of beliefs and values. Islamic evolution's soft power is fundamentally different than what is being promoted in the Western culture of liberal democracy. In such version of soft power, materialistic elements are incorporated into the new look to the mankind, human thought, society and spirituality. This has resulted in new functions such as reviving the identity of the Muslim world, promoting Islamic awakening, renovation of the modern Islamic civilization, changing the balance of power in the region, challenging the western hegemony, opening a third front in the international relations, inspiration, playing the role of front-runner in the global cultural revolution and regional convergence and cooperation. This has also created a new approach in deterrence power in the fonn of positive impacts of soft power and the cultural essence of the Islamic revolution on other elements of power in the international relations. All this has provided the Muslims and freedom-seekers of the world with new methods and tools which should be regarded as unique and unprecedented. The current paper uses a mixture of documented and operational methodologies. Various techniques such as Lisser, SPSS, non-parametric tatistical inference methods and Friedman binomial test, Pearson correlation and Spearman tests are also used to substantiate the arguments.

Self' and "other" are among the concepts that their relationship has been Some contemporary scholars conclude that the relation between. Questioned the two should finished by the necessity of another hearing and dialogue with the other And emphasize that this important point has not received much attention in the Western philosophy. For several reasons, there is little attention to listening and dialogue with others. In this article we will examine just one of these reasons: un-cultural definition of the other make interaction between us and the other impossible. As an example, we will remind some medieval Christian priests, Richard Burton and de Gobineau who differentiate themselves based on the curse of God, weather and race; components which empathize on none-cultural and involuntary differences. Un-cultural definition of the other, make the relation between self and other on "I - it" ratio. Biruni as an example of a cultural perspective to the other, with a definition of the other based on language, religion and customs, made the relationship with the other on" I-Thou" ratio.

Hawzeh as educational institution has been one of the important socio-cultural institution in Iran. During the Islamic middle ages this institution was the educational center, but since spreading modernism in Iran it has been reduced to religious one. In the past Talabe or student went to Howzeh to learn all traditional sciences, but in contemporary time they learn only religious one. Traditional there have been some rules to educate the Talabe that called Zii Talabegi or ethos of studentIn this paper I tried to illustrate, interpret the Zii Talabegi and its socio cultural signification. For this purpose I used the idea of Habitus in Bourdiue's approach. I collected my data theoug fieldwork and documentary methods. Zii Talabegi as a habitus is the base to construct the Talabegi Habitun and homo-Hawzavi. This habitus is based on the sacred/ profane binary. In worldview of Hawzeh, Talabe is appertained to religious field. This basic rule shapes hislher every behavior in lingual, consumption and body techniques. As a conclusion, the habitus of Talabe through the aspects, like the saced/profane binary, ritual life and communitas group in the field of Hawzeh and religious field of Iranian culture has beed re/constructed.

Nowadays, mass media has prepared the ground to represent most issues of the human life in national and international levels. Cinema, as an example, becomes a suitable area for those who are keen to maintain the fundamental values of the society, such as "family". In this article, after introducing representation theory, which is the most important theory in media and cultural studies, we try to analysis the Iranian film of "Yeh Habbeh Ghand" (One Cube of Sugar) with the "Practical Discourse Analysis Method" (PDAM). The result of this analysis shows that the director by testing the effect of the traditional and modem values on Iranian family, suggested that the best way is to maintain both the traditional and modern values in the family.
