Dialogue as an important communication action, is one of the topics that has been less addressed in the field of communication science and most of the research has been done in the area of mass communication. Meanwhile, doing research in the field of human and interpersonal communication with a case-by-case perspective and a qualitative method that seeks to understand and describe a pure reality, is noteworthy in the field of communications science research. Therefore, in this research, we intend to study the class interactions in dialogical oriented sessions to clarify the structure, dimensions and components of the inquiry based dialogue. Conversation analysis studies the order/organization/orderliness of social actions, particularly those which are located in everyday interaction, in discursive practices, in the sayings/ tellings /doings of members of society. Therefore, one of the main results of conversational analysis is to identify this system with chain patterns, which builds structure upon oral behaviors during the interaction. The classroom conversational analysis shows that the overall structure of these conversations is forwarding, which means that when an idea is expressed in response to a question, participants are required to respond to an "agreement" or "opposition" to that idea. This reaction often leads to the correction and completion of the initial idea or clarification of it. People interconnect between the ideas proposed and say their inference from the discussion process. This kind of dialogue requires not only good intellectual stances, but also a commitment to results and rational orientation.

This paper by introducing a new concept of "exteriorism" in media audience studies, intends to study the "exteriorists" who has been consciously boycott Iranian state TV. According to the authors, the experience of exteriorism is unique and different in any Countries and societies. This qualitative study was conducted by using of In-depth interviews and within the methodological frameworks have studied the grounded theory. Data was collected through 29 semi-structured In-depth interviews. Upon completion of coding and categorizing interviews data in this methodology, presents a theoretical model about exteriorists of Iranian state television. This study aimed to identify perceptions within the meaning of exteriorists as a preface to pull them out, by considering 118 concepts through individual in-depth interviews that formed a theoretical analyzing. Based on results, three main typology of exteriorists experiences as follows; "Resistance and protestation", "Avoid of vulgarity" & "unhappiness of entertainment". Innovation in this paper is achieving recognition of the audience by negation logic & The authors believes that media policy making needed to same deep recognition like this.

The movement towards the goals of "Vision plan 1404" needs the perception of the requirements to prepare plans for achieving the favorite objectives of development. With the advent of the information age, the rules of development policy-making strongly have changed in the world and also unique opportunities areprovided by variables of communications for countries that have been in early stages of development. Based on this, considering the communications in macro-level and in the political, social, economic and cultural development plans is important and necessary. This requires a review and pathology of previous plans and evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses for preparing of more comprehensive future plans. Themain question of this study is: what is the approach of development plans to communications section after Islamic revolution? Which aspects of communications are considered, and what aspects are ignored? This study analyzes five development plans after the revolution, by using of qualitative content analysis. Results show that in all five-year plans the focus was on hardware and quantitative dimensions of communication development and media, but qualitative and content aspects, such as the right to universal access to information, freedom to obtain and disseminate information within the constitution, freedom of speech and press, a move towards the information society and knowledge-based, also other dimensions of communications such as human, traditional and social communication has been less considered. In the fourth development plan that is "knowledge" – centered, new fields of communications has been studied comprehensively in comparison to other plans. According to these approaches and new scientific and experimental perspectives, this paper suggests further engagement in communications necessity for development policy-making.

This article studies women’s reading of TV shows aired on Gem satellite channel. This is a qualitative research using unstructured interviews. The statistical society is all the female audiences of GEM TV-shows in the city of Kamyaran. To select the sample, the non-probability sampling technique of snowball sampling was used and the sample size for the interviews was 26. For analyze the data, they were coded and the resulting codes were interpreted.The results show that the interviewees tend to compare the lives of the women in the TV shows with their own lives. More over most of the women believe that the TV shows do not really affect them. It seems that the subconscious effects on their thoughts are being ignored. In general, it can be said that the women want to change their relations with men, as well as share of power and gain independency.
