In recent years, the subject of internationalization has been one of the most discussed issues in academic centers. Higher education experts' beliefs that this subject is a new paradigm and inevitable approach in curriculum development of universities. Internationalization is a term that refers to the process of integrating an international and intercultural dimension into the teaching, research and service functions of the institution. Localization is another approach that refers to promotion, adaptation and development of knowledge, technology, culture and specific values in the specific context and alike internationalization is a response to globalization. The purpose of this study is, surveying the nature of internationalization and its causality, practical models and principals and specifying its relation to multiple theories of fostering local knowledge and localization in globalization of education context. These theories have varied emphasis on global dependence and local orientation and therefore they have their own characteristics, strengths, and limitations in conceptualizing and managing the process of fostering local knowledge and human development. Clearly, their implications for design of curriculum and instruction and their expected educational outcomes in internationalization of curriculum are correspondingly different. Each country or local community may have its unique social, economic and cultural contexts and therefore, its tendency to use one theory or a combination of theories from the typology in globalizing and internationalizing education may be different from that of others.

In this paper clergies and academics' View on Religiosity Criteria will study and compare. Religiosity criterion is considered as the principle based on which the extent of religiosity of people is evaluated.Based on the sociological theories of Weber, Stark and Girth about the relationship between religious understandings of different groups and their social status and situations and on the basis of secularization theories, and also considering the fact that clergies and academics enjoy different social characteristics, particularly with regard to their relation with academic institutions and modern values, it was hypothesized that clergies and academics criteria for religiosity vary and academics put more focus on general moral aspects and less emphasis on ritualistic, collective and juridical aspects of religiosity.For this aim, three samples of clergies, academics and academic clergies compared by conducting a questionnaire in which the respondents decided on the significance of the items of a multidimensional religiosity scale. The data revealed that academics and clergies emphasized differently on various aspects of religiosity. While clerics focused on all aspects and dimensions of religiosity, academics put primarily stress on moral aspects of religiosity and put less stress on collective rituals. The diversity could be explained based on the differences of social situation and educational tradition of clergies and academics.

The empirical studies undertaken on academic culture in Iran suggest an inefficient academic acculturation and students alienation from the structure and process of a desired academic culture. A sense of powerlessness, normlessness, anomie, social isolation and in general strangement from the self, educational processes, unverrsity camp, academic staff members and also from other students is increasingly growing in the minds and feelings of a considerable number of higher education students in humanities and social sciences. Drawing on a mixed methodology, the following paper aims to reconstruct the phenomenology of academic and educational alienation based on students personal lived experience and narrativity. Apart from accounting for internal and external social factors affecting this experience, we have proposed a typology of the types of alienation experienced by different groups of students and the strategies they have adopted to counter it. Results suggest that alienation is directly affected by culture politics and involves different social, psychological, and economic consequences in their lives.

Studying the Location and spatial performances as a part of human behavioris discussed in semiotics nowadays. These man-made effectsare including information and meaning that is the subject of semiotics. Cultural landscapes reflected their dominant cultures and can reveal the meaning as targeted by the creator of the effects or human. Hence, semiotic of cultural landscape is considered to be one of the ways and means of understanding meaning in human living environment. In this way, cultural landscapes are reviewed as the text and context. For discovering such texts or contexts through cultural landscapes, their signification and meaning can be employed. This research is exploring of meaning and contains of cultural landscapes by semiotics and its method. This research reveals that studying about cultural landscapes as "text" and "context" with consideration time conditions, cultural signs and symbols play important role in understanding them. Because, these effectsas tangiblephenomenonare connected with internal fact of human, through them the meaning can be discovered. Hence, this meaning discovering is obtained by semiotics.

The purpose of this research was to study "The role of applying principals' cultural diversity management skills in Shahin Shahr high schools in promoting students' social participation (2009-2010)". The obtained results indicated that: There were meaningful differences among the means of students' social participation based on their Principals' Cultural Diversity Management Skills. And by promoting Principals' Cultural Diversity Management Skills, students' social participation promoted too. On the other hand, there were meaningful differences among the means of students' social participation based on their managers' Religious Diversity Management skills and Ethnic Diversity Management skills. So it can be said Applying Principals' Cultural Diversity Management Skills (Religious Diversity Management skills and Ethnic Diversity Management skills) have effective role in Students' Social Participation.

The present study is an attempt to study the bumper stickers in Tehran and Ardabil. Although the bumper stickers have potential to be a subject of study in different fields, there hasn't been any scientific study about them in Iran yet, and the studies done up to now be limited just to collecting and grouping the stickers. This study is looking to this phenomenon from a linguistic perspective. In this study we consider the type of symbols used in bumper stickers, the type of wittings, subject-matter of stickers, the effect of vehicles' type on the subject-matter of stickers, the tendency of stickers towards a special identity and the tendency of stickers with proper noun subject-matter to a special gender. The results of studying ten thousand stickers from Tehran and Ardabil show that bumper stickers in these two cities mostly use linguistic symbols, and they are mostly written in Persian language. In both cities the type of vehicles is effective on the stickers' subject-matter, and the stickers have a high tendency towards religious subject-matter. Also the stickers have tendency towards national-Islamic identity. Proper nouns in stickers have a tendency towards male names in both cities.

Identity process specifies who the individual is psychically and socially and what position he has. In other words, identification enables social active to reply the fundamental questions referring to who and what he is appropriately and convincingly. Cultural identity crisis is a term applied to describe individuals' disability to adopt the role expected from them by the society.Cultural identity crisis means that human being ruptured and alienated from cultural origins and roots in which he has lived and mixed with it; need for attaching to other cultural origins and roots that is manifested in the form of forgetting and devaluing individual culture and traditions and ignoring it. This study intends to survey some factors related to cultural identity crisis among Tabriz high school students. Required data has been compiled through a questionnaire and sample of 378 high school students by categorical sampling method. In this survey, to clarify and define cultural identity crisis, the theories of theoreticians for symbolic interaction have been combined with Parsons' theory and conformed to Hobermouse's crisis theory. It should be mentioned that cultural identity crisis has been measured by some variables as interest in ethnic language and common history and attention to them, obligation to religious affairs and traditions, influence by friends and coevals and ...The results of performed analyses show that the variables of impressibility by friends and coevals group, individual education, sexuality and impressibility by satellite have most effects on clarifying the dependent variable, i.e., cultural identity crisis, respectively and have clarified about 41% of the variance for cultural identity crisis. The variable for social class can also contribute to specify the dependent variable.

Attention to culture in politics, like this, is a new subject. Most part of research about political culture in Iran has been focused on Almond and Verba thesis of political culture. This paper for measuring of political culture and typology of it, use Inglehart and Welzel (2005) thesis about political culture- it is called "self experiment".This paper is a survey study by control of terms, is a broaden study by extended and is a cutting study by time (in the second half of 1388). The population is the entire person that has more than 18 years old in Sanandaj city. The sample size based on Kockran formula is 349. The questionnaires with suitable structures validity (based on Kronbagh's coefficient of Alfa) in the ratio of age, sex in deferent areas have been distributed. There are many research results: The mead of political culture in Sanandaj city was in type of Democratic capacity. Results show that there are meaningful relation between type of political culture and ethnic tolerance approach.
