Iranian Journal of Cultural Research Office, tries ro refer the evaluation process to the authors in 1 or 2 months but during speciall periods, referees have no times to do the evaluation. in this situationa, authors should be more patiant for recievig the evaluation responses.

Unfortunatly not. their articles have to be written with acompaniaship of University Professor, Assistant or Associate Professor or the one who alrealy has Phd.
