چکیده
این مقاله به بررسی حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی اهل تشیع و ترکمنهای اهل تسنن در استان گلستان میپردازد. بهمنظور تبیین حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی دو گروه، از سنجههای حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی براساس مدل نظری ششمرحلهایِ حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی میلتون بنت، استفاده شده است. بر مبنای نظریه حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی، توسعه ارتباطات عامل مهمی در کاهش حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی است. در این تحقیق به رویکرد دوفضایی توجه شده و با هدف سنجش توسعه ارتباطات، از دو قلمرو سنجش مجازی و سنجش حضوری استفاده شده است. با توجه به گسترش وسایل ارتباط جمعی و رسانهها که مهمترین بستر جهانیشدن ارتباطات را فراهم آوردهاند، در ابتدا توسعه ارتباطات افراد از طریق رسانهها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور به بررسی رابطه بین میزان استفاده افراد از رسانهها ـ بهویژه اینترنت و ماهواره ـ با حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی افراد پرداخته شده است. در مرحله دوم، توسعه ارتباطات افراد در محیط واقعی با توجه به محل سکونت آنها سنجیده شده و رابطه آن با میزان حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی مورد توجه قرار میگیرد. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد توسعه ارتباطات مجازی (ارتباط افراد از طریق رسانهها) و ارتباطات فیزیکی (تعامل افراد در محل سکونت) منجر به کاهش حساسیتهای بین فرهنگی میشود. از این منظر میتوان یکی از منابع و عوامل اصلی توسعه حساسیتهای بینِ دینی و بینِ قومی را ناشی از عدم تعامل اجتماعی دانست که برای کاهش آن، توسعه زمینه ارتباطات اجتماعی در میان اقوام و پیروان مذاهب توصیه میشود.
