چکیده

اینترنت و تکنولوژی‌های جدید ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی، همۀ فرآیندهای مورد نیاز برای اتّخاذ، تدوین و انتقال دانش به‌ویژه در سازمان‌های علمی- آموزشی و پژوهشی را متأثّر ساخته است. مجموع فرآیندهای سازمانی مورد نظر، بخشی از سرمایۀ فکری در هر سازمان است. سرمایۀ فکری، به‏طور خلاصه، دارایی‌های نامرئی و غیرملموس سازمان است که برای رسیدن به اهداف سازمانی به‌کار گرفته می‌شود. در مقاله حاضر (که برگرفته از نتایج یک پیمایش، با حجم نمونۀ 1200 نفر است) به بررسی اثر تکنولوژی اینترنت بر ابعادی از سرمایۀ فکری (سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی) در دانشگاه‌های ایران پرداخته‌ایم. مبتنی بر اصول نظری مطرح در این تحقیق، بهره‌مندی از اینترنت (در قالب دسترسی و مصرف آن) می‌تواند عاملی اساسی در رشد سرمایۀ فکری یک سازمان (در اینجا دانشگاه) باشد. نتایج حاصل از پیمایش نشان می‌دهد که دانشگاه‌های مختلف به‌لحاظ سطح سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی، وضعیّت متفاوتی نسبت به یکدیگر دارند. از سوی دیگر، سطح دسترسی به اینترنت و نیز مصرف اینترنت (نوع مصرف و حجم مصرف)، به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین متغیرهای مستقل تحقیق، بر سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی در کل جامعه آماری اثرات معنادار (مثبت و مستقیم) دارد. به‌علاوه نتایج نشان می‌دهد که عوامل دیگری در فرآیند اثرگذاری دسترسی به اینترنت بر ابعاد فردی سرمایۀ فکری دخالت دارند. از جمله این عوامل، متغیرهای دانشگاه، گروه آموزشی مرجّع، مقطع تحصیلی (دانشجویان) یا رتبۀ علمی (اعضای هیئت علمی) و جنسیت آنها است. در نهایت اینکه متغیر بهره‌مندی از اینترنت (به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین متغیر مستقل تحقیق) در کنار متغیرهای سن، جنسیت و وضعیت تأهل، قابلیت تبیین بخشی از تغییرات سرمایۀ انسانی و سرمایۀ ارتباطی جامعۀ آماری مورد مطالعه را دارد.
