چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف «توصیف بارِ عاطفیِ رابطة گردشگران با جامعة میزبان مشهد» و با استفاده از روش تحلیل ثانویه انجام شده است. داده‌های این پژوهش از پیمایش «بررسی نگرش زائران به مردم و خدمات‌رسانان در شهر مشهد» اخذ شده است. با استفاده از ادبیات موجود در روان‌شناسی و جامعه‌شناسی احساسات، به‌ویژه دسته‌بندی احساسات پلاچیک و ترنر، احساسات پیوست شده به صفاتی که زائران به مشهدی‌ها نسبت داده بودند، تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داده است که بار عاطفی این رابطه بیش از آنکه منفی باشد، مثبت است. بعد امنیت‌ـ‌ترس در این فضا کمتر مطرح است. پذیرش بیشترین سهم را در مثبت ساختن بار عاطفی رابطه و نفرت بیشترین سهم را در منفی ساختن آن داشته است. احساسات منفی، نشانگر میزانی از فاصله بین انتظارات گردشگران و تجربة سفر آنهاست. ادراک گردشگران از نقضِ‌ «خود» و احترام مورد انتظار از سوی میزبان،‌ نقضِ مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی و هنجارهای اجتماعیِ مطابق با تصور «فرهنگ بالای اجتماعی» و در نهایت نقضِ‌ انصاف و عدالت در تعامل از سوی شریک مشهدی، احساسات منفی نفرت، رد و خشم ایجاد کرده است
