نقش ارزش‌های فرهنگی در اثرگذاری سرمایه اجتماعی بر کنش سیاسی در ایران

چکیده
در این مقاله کنش سیاسی به فعالیت‌هایی اشاره دارد که افراد یا گروه‌ها، به شیوه اعتراضی، در برابر تصمیمات یا فعالیت‌های دولت یا نهادهای سیاسی انجام می‌دهند. کنش سیاسی به این دلیل اهمیت زیادی دارد که می‌توانند تأثیر مستقیم بر سیاست‌گذاری‌های داخلی و بین‌المللی، حقوق و آزادی‌های شهروندان، و توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور داشته باشد. در این راستا، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تبیین سازوکار اثرگذاری اعتماد اجتماعی و شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر کنش سیاسی شهروندان با تاکید بر نقش میانجی ارزش‌های فرهنگی است. این پژوهش تلاش کرده است تا تأثیرات این دو مؤلفه را از مسیر ارزش‌های فرهنگی سکولار و رهایی‌خواهانه تحلیل کند. بدین منظور، از داده‌های موج هفتم پیمایش ارزش‌های جهانی با حجم نمونه ۱۴۹۹ نفر از شهروندان ایرانی با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.آل. اس بهره گرفته شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که اعتماد اجتماعی تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر کنش سیاسی دارد؛ این در حالی است که شبکه‌های اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر آن دارند. بررسی مسیرهای غیرمستقیم نیز نشان می‌دهد که اعتماد اجتماعی از طریق ارزش‌های فرهنگی سکولار و رهایی‌خواهانه به طور معناداری تأثیر منفی بر کنش سیاسی می‌گذارد، اما تأثیر غیرمستقیم شبکه‌های اجتماعی از این مسیر فاقد معناداری آماری است. این نتایج بیانگر پیچیدگی روابط میان سرمایه اجتماعی، ارزش‌های فرهنگی و رفتارهای سیاسی در جامعه ایرانی هستند و ضرورت توجه تحلیلی به ابعاد متفاوت سرمایه اجتماعی در فهم تحرکات سیاسی شهروندان را یادآوری می‌کند.
