چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین ارزش‌های فرهنگی و انصاف با عدالت سازمانی، رضایت شغلی و ترک خدمت در بین کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان به مرحله اجرا درآمده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان ادارات نواحی آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان تشکیل داده‌اند که از بین آنها 309 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه انصاف کلی با 3 سؤال، پرسشنامه ارزش‌های فرهنگی (در دو حوزه مادی‌گرایی و فاصله قدرت) با 8 سؤال، پرسشنامه‌های عدالت توزیعی، رویه‌ای و تعاملی هریک با 3 سؤال، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی با 3 سؤال و پرسشنامه ترک خدمت با 3 سؤال بود. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل رگرسیون واسطه‌ای و تعدیلی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که انصاف کلی با عدالت توزیعی، رویه‌ای، تعاملی، ترک خدمت، رضایت شغلی و مادی‌گرایی رابطه معناداری (01/0P<) دارد اما با فاصله قدرت، دارای رابطه معنادار (05/0P>) نیست. نتایج حاصل از مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل رگرسیون واسطه‌ای نشان داد انصاف کلی به طور نسبی واسطه رابطه و عدالت رویه‌ای با ترک خدمت است، اما برای عدالت تعاملی و توزیعی چنین نقشی را ایفا نمی‌کند. تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله‌مراتبیِ تعدیلی حاکی از آن بود که با احتمال زیاد، فاصله قدرت نقش تعدیل‌کننده را در رابطه بین انصاف کلی و ترک خدمت و رضایت شغلی ایفا می‌کند.
