چکیده
مفهوم پرسه زنی اگرچه در ایران چندان مورد استفاده قرار نگرفته است، اما میتواند توضیح دهنده بسیاری از پدیدههای فرهنگی باشد. در مقاله حاضر ابتدا شرحی کوتاه از تاریخچه پرسه زنی و معنای اختیار شده از آن ارائه میدهیم، سپس به توضیح شکلی از پرسهزنی، به مثابه سبک زندگی متمایز گروههای فرودست شهری در مراکز خرید میپردازیم. نتایج این مقاله به کمک روش کیفی و از طریق تکنیک مصاحبه و مشاهده بهدست آمدهاست. نویسندگان معتقدند که مراکز خرید در پی ایجاد زندگی خاصی برای طبقات متوسط شهریاند که این سبک از طریق خرید و مصرف کالاها فراهم میشود، در عین حال، پرسه زنی در ایران به آن معنایی که نویسندگان اختیار کردهاند خود زندگی گروههای فرودست شهری را شکل دادهاست.
